Jane is an experienced Clinical Psychologist with a strong focus on helping clients reach for their highest aspirations and potential  She works with individuals and families of all ages. Her therapeutic approach is grounded in a strengths-based perspective, helping clients recognise their inner resources and true capacity while guiding them on a path toward healing and growth.

With a deep understanding of attachment and trauma-informed care,  Jane creates a safe and supportive environment that honours the complexities of trauma and its impact on mental health and thriving. Her practice is guided by current research and evidence-based interventions, with a focus on fostering resilience and long-term emotional wellbeing.

Jane holds both graduate and postgraduate qualifications in education and clinical psychology. Alongside her clinical work, she actively contributes to community-based initiatives, volunteering with a range of groups that reflect her commitment to cultural sensitivity, inclusivity, and social connection.

Her compassionate, collaborative style and breadth of experience make her a trusted ally in supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges.
