Appointments

Referrals from your GP are preferred, but not required, when booking an appointment with one of our doctors.
Your initial consultation will take up to 30 minutes, allowing adequate time to review your medical history and determine the most appropriate plant-based treatment options.

Our doctors are authorised to prescribe plant-based therapies for conditions approved by the TGA.

Telephone Consultations

Telephone consultations are available for review appointments only.
If you require an initial consultation via Telehealth, this will incur a private fee and is not eligible for a Medicare rebate. Video consultations are not available.

 

Consultation Fees

Our doctors are private-billing practitioners. Medicare rebates are available for eligible patients.

 

SMS reminders

The Green Leaf Clinic sends SMS reminders 72 hours prior to your appointment. This service is offered as a courtesy only. Not receiving an SMS reminder is not a valid reason for missing an appointment. Patients are responsible for keeping track of their appointment details and arriving on time, or rescheduling with sufficient notice.

A 48-hour cancellation policy applies. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify the clinic at least 48 hours in advance.

 

DNA Fees “Did Not Attend”

A Did Not Attend (DNA) fee will apply if an appointment is missed or not cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Patients are responsible for any fees incurred.
